It is ideal as a 3D printing material: it is mechanically strong, resistant to impact, heat, resistant to alkali and acid solutions, alcohols, but easily lends itself to both mechanical and chemical processing. ABS plastic can be additionally processed: sanded, smoothed or glued with acetone. Treatment with acetone vapor essentially helps to form a monolithic structure. This plastic is flexible enough, so it bends under pressure rather than cracking. ABS's resistance to heat and impact allows it to be used in many industries. Suitable for objects that are used in adverse conditions, at high temperatures, and for parts that are highly vulnerable. Due to its resistance, it is ideal for car accessories and phone cases. It emits a noticeable odor during printing, so room ventilation is required.
