Pivot™ Aerator
The Pivot™ Aerator, designed to be used with Pivot Wine Preservation Systems, is the perfect accessory for more aromatic and flavorful wine in seconds. This unique accessory rapidly aerates wine as you pour, yielding silky, smooth, aromatic results equivalent to decanting for 60-90 minutes. Not compatible with Coravin Timeless Wine Preservation Systems (those that use a needle to pierce through the cork).
How to Use the Pivot™ Aerator
Attach the Pivot™ Aerator
Attach the Pivot™ Aerator to the Pivot Spout.
Pour with the Pivot™ Aerator
Tilt the bottle so the Aerator is over the wine glass. Lightly press Button until wine creates a gentle shower, then release. Press and release as needed to pour the desired amount. Bring the bottle upright to stop the pour.
Light, Short Presses
When using the Pivot Aerator, be sure to use light, short presses of the button to maintain a gentle shower.
Designed for Maximum Aeration
The Pivot™ Aerator was designed with small, carefully placed holes to maximize wine's contact with air as you pour.
Pour Smoothly
When pouring with Coravin Wine Preservation Systems, tilt the bottle up so the base of the bottle is higher than the mouth of the bottle.
